Abator

Abator \A*ba"tor\ ([.a]*b[=a]t"[~e]r), n. (Law)
   (a) One who abates a nuisance.
   (b) A person who, without right, enters into a freehold on
       the death of the last possessor, before the heir or
       devisee. --Blackstone.
