Cariccio \Ca*ric"cio\, n. [It. See {Caprice}.]
   1. (Mus.) A piece in a free form, with frequent digressions
      from the theme; a fantasia; -- often called caprice.

   2. A caprice; a freak; a fancy. --Shak.
