Convolve \Con*volve"\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Convolved}; p. pr. &
   vb. n. {Convolving}.] [L. convolvere, -volutum; con- +
   volvere to roll. See {Voluble}.]
   To roll or wind together; to roll or twist one part on
   another.
