Cully \Cul"ly\, v. t. [See {Cully},n., and cf. D. kullen to
   cheat, gull.]
   To trick, cheat, or impose on; to deceive. ``Tricks to cully
   fools.'' --Pomfret.

Cully \Cul"ly\ (k?l"l?), n.; pl. {Cullies} (-l?z). [Abbrev. fr.
   cullion.]
   A person easily deceived, tricked, or imposed on; a mean
   dupe; a gull.
