Deliquiate

Deliquiate \De*liq"ui*ate\, v. i. [L. deliquia a flowing off, a
   gutter, deliquium a flowing down, fr. deliquare. See
   {Deliquate}.]
   To melt and become liquid by absorbing water from the air; to
   deliquesce. --Fourcroy.
