Fidejussion \Fi`de*jus"sion\, n. [L. fidejussio, from fidejubere
   to be surety or bail; fides faith + jubere to order: cf. F.
   fid['e]jussion.] (Civil Law)
   The act or state of being bound as surety for another;
   suretyship.
