Hoard \Hoard\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Hoarded}; p. pr. & vb. n.
   {Hoarding}.] [AS. hordian.]
   To collect and lay up; to amass and deposit in secret; to
   store secretly, or for the sake of keeping and accumulating;
   as, to hoard grain.
