Intinction

Intinction \In*tinc"tion\, n. [L. intinctio, fr. intingere to
   dip in; pref. in- in + tingere to tinge.]
   1. The act of tingeing or dyeing. --Blount.

   2. (Eccl.) A method or practice of the administration of the
      sacrament by dipping the bread or wafer in the wine and
      administering both together.
