Inviscating

Inviscate \In*vis"cate\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Inviscated}; p.
   pr. & vb. n. {Inviscating}.] [L. inviscatus, p. p. of
   inviscare to birdlime; pref. in- in + viscum, viscus, the
   mistletoe, birdlime.]
   To daub or catch with glue or birdlime; to entangle with
   glutinous matter. [R.] --Sir T. Browne.
