Ochreate \O"chre*ate\, Ochreated \O"chre*a`ted\, a.
   1. Wearing or furnished with an ochrea or legging; wearing
      boots; booted.

            A scholar undertook . . . to address himself

   2. (Bot.) Provided with ochrea, or sheathformed stipules, as
      the rhubarb, yellow dock, and knotgrass.
