Olivil \Ol`i*vil\, n. [Cf. F. olivile.] (Chem.)
   A white crystalline substance, obtained from an exudation
   from the olive, and having a bitter-sweet taste and acid
   proporties. [Written also {olivile}.] --Gregory.
