Parelectronomy \Par*e`lec*tron"o*my\, n. [Pref. para- + electro-
   + Gr. ? law.] (Physiol.)
   A condition of the muscles induced by exposure to severe
   cold, in which the electrical action of the muscle is
   reversed.
