Penduline \Pen"du`line\, n. [F. See {Pendulum}.] (Zo["o]l.)
   A European titmouse ({Parus, or [AE]githalus, pendulinus}).
   It is noted for its elegant pendulous purselike nest, made of
   the down of willow trees and lined with feathers.
