Quirinal \Quir"i*nal\, a. [L. Quirinals, fr. Quirinus, a name of
   Romulus.]
   Of, pertaining to, or designating, the hill Collis
   Quirinalis, now Monte Quirinale (one of the seven hills of
   Rome), or a modern royal place situated upon it. Also used
   substantively.
