         A widely-used {open source} {Rexx} {interpreter} by
        Anders Christensen , ported to many
        {platforms} including {Unix}, {Windows 95}, {Windows NT},
        {OS/2}.  Regina is currently maintained by Mark Hessling.
     
        Regina conforms almost completely to Rexx Language Level 4.00,
        with some Rexx SAA API extensions.  It is distributed under
        the GNU {General Public License}.
