Ridicule \Rid"i*cule\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Ridiculed};p. pr. &
   vb. n. {Ridiculing}.]
   To laugh at mockingly or disparagingly; to awaken ridicule
   toward or respecting.

         I 've known the young, who ridiculed his rage.
