Romeine \Ro"me*ine\, Romeite \Ro"me*ite\, n. [F. rom['e]ine. So
   calledafter the French mineralogist Rom['e] L'Isle.] (Min.)
   A mineral of a hyacinth or honey-yellow color, occuring in
   square octahedrons. It is an antimonate of calcium.
