Rusine \Ru"sine\, a. [NL. rusa, the name of the genus, Malay
   r[=u]sa deer.] (Zo["o]l.)
   Of, like, or pertaining to, a deer of the genus {Rusa}, which
   includes the sambur deer ({Rusa Aristotelis}) of India.

   {Rusine antler} (Zo["o]l.), an antler with the brow tyne
      simple, and the beam forked at the tip.
