Saturant \Sat"u*rant\, n.
   1. (Chem.) A substance used to neutralize or saturate the
      affinity of another substance.

   2. (Med.) An antacid, as magnesia, used to correct acidity of
      the stomach.

Saturant \Sat"u*rant\, a. [L. saturans, p. pr. See {Saturate}.]
   Impregnating to the full; saturating.
