Shamble \Sham"ble\, v. i. [imp. & p. p. {Shambled}; p. pr. & vb.
   n. {Shambling}.] [Cf. OD. schampelen to slip, schampen to
   slip away, escape. Cf. {Scamble}, {Scamper}.]
   To walk awkwardly and unsteadily, as if the knees were weak;
   to shuffle along.
