Tribunitian \Trib`u*ni*tian\, a. [L. tribunicius, tribunitius:
   cf. F. tribunitien.]
   Of or pertaining to tribunes; befitting a tribune; as,
   tribunitial power or authority. --Dryden.

         A kind of tribunician veto, forbidding that which is
         recognized to be wrong.                  --Hare.
