Unciform \Un"ci*form\, a. [L. uncus a hook + -form.]
   Having the shape of a hook; being of a curved or hooked from;
   hooklike.

   {Unciform bone} (Anat.), a bone of the carpus at the bases of
      the fourth and fifth metacarpals; the hamatum.
