Wallaba \Wal"la*ba\, n. (Bot.)
   A leguminous tree ({Eperua falcata}) of Demerara, with
   pinnate leaves and clusters of red flowers. The reddish brown
   wood is used for palings and shingles. --J. Smith (Dict.
