   Of or pertaining to a tribe ({Zalambdodonta}) of Insectivora
   in which the molar teeth have but one V-shaped ridge.

Zalambdodont \Za*lamb"do*dont\, n.
   One of the {Zalambdodonta}. The tenrec, solenodon, and golden
   moles are examples.
