ELMAMETA
     
        A Fortran extension, written at the {Tallinn Poly Inst} in
        1978, used for lexical, syntactic and semantic sepecification
        in the {ELMA} {compiler} writer.  This system was widely used
        in the Soviet Union, and produced an {Ada} to {Diana}
        {compiler}.
