Epiphora \E*piph"o*ra\, n. [L., fr. Gr. 'epifora`, fr.
   'epife`rein to bring to or upon; 'epi` + fe`rein to bring.]
   1. (Med.) The watery eye; a disease in which the tears
      accumulate in the eye, and trickle over the cheek.

   2. (Rhet.) The emphatic repetition of a word or phrase, at
      the end of several sentences or stanzas.
