Harebell \Hare"bell`\, n. (Bot.)
   A small, slender, branching plant ({Campanula rotundifolia}),
   having blue bell-shaped flowers; also, {Scilla nutans}, which
   has similar flowers; -- called also {bluebell}. [Written also
   {hairbell}.]
