Source : Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary (1913)

Oddness \Odd"ness\, n.
   1. The state of being odd, or not even.

            Take but one from three, and you not only destroy
            the oddness, but also the essence of that number.
                                                  --Fotherby.

   2. Singularity; strangeness; eccentricity; irregularity;
      uncouthness; as, the oddness of dress or shape; the
      oddness of an event. --Young.
