Olecranon \O*lec"ra*non\, n. [NL., fr. Gr. ?; ? elbow + krani`on
   the head.] (Anat.)
   The large process at the proximal end of the ulna which
   projects behind the articulation with the humerus and forms
   the bony prominence of the elbow.
