Recipient \Re*cip"i*ent\, n. [L. recipiens, -entis, receiving,
   p. pr. of recipere to receive: cf. F. r['e]cipient. See
   {Receive}.]
   A receiver; the person or thing that receives; one to whom,
   or that to which, anything is given or communicated;
   specifically, the receiver of a still.
