   {Republished} (-l?sht); p. pr. & vb. n. {Republishing}.]
   To publish anew; specifically, to publish in one country (a
   work first published in another); also, to revive (a will) by
   re?xecution or codicil.

         Subsecquent to the purchase or contract, the devisor
