Blubber \Blub"ber\, v. i. [imp. & p. p. {Blubbered}; p. pr. &
   vb. n. {Blubbering}.]
   To weep noisily, or so as to disfigure the face; to cry in a
   childish manner.

         She wept, she blubbered, and she tore her hair.
