Bronchophony

Bronchophony \Bron*choph"o*ny\, n. [Gr. ? windpipe + ? sound.]
   A modification of the voice sounds, by which they are
   intensified and heightened in pitch; -- observed in
   auscultation of the chest in certain cases of intro-thoracic
   disease.
