Subreption

Subreption \Sub*rep"tion\, n. [L. subreptio, fr. subripere,
   subreptum, to snatch or take away secretly: cf. F.
   subreption. See {Surreptitious}.]
   The act of obtaining a favor by surprise, or by unfair
   representation through suppression or fraudulent concealment
   of facts. --Bp. Hall.
