Jot \Jot\, n. [L. iota, Gr. ? the name of the letter (E. i, Heb.
y?d), the smallest letter of the Greek alphabet. Cf. {Iota}.]
An iota; a point; a tittle; the smallest particle. Cf. {Bit},
