Of or pertaining to the Sabbath; resembling the Sabbath;
enjoying or bringing an intermission of labor.
{Sabbatical year} (Jewish Antiq.), every seventh year, in
which the Israelites were commanded to suffer their fields
and vineyards to rest, or lie without tillage.
