   A kind of thin, weak broth or oatmeal porridge, served out to
   prisoners and paupers in England; also, a drink made of
   oatmeal, sugar, and water, sometimes used in the English navy
   or army. [Written also {skilligolee}, {skillygalee}, etc.]
