Sled \Sled\, v. t. [imp. & p. p. {Sledded}; p. pr. & vb. n.

   To convey or transport on a sled; as, to sled wood or timber.

Sledding \Sled"ding\, n.
   1. The act of transporting or riding on a sled.

   2. The state of the snow which admits of the running of
      sleds; as, the sledding is good.
