Forejudge \Fore*judge"\, v. t. [Fore + judge.]
   To judge beforehand, or before hearing the facts and proof;
   to prejudge.

   To expel from court for some offense or misconduct, as an
   attorney or officer; to deprive or put out of a thing by the
