Palilogy

Palilogy \Pa*lil"o*gy\, n. [L. palilogia, Gr. ?; ? again + ? to
   speak.] (Rhet.)
   The repetition of a word, or part of a sentence, for the sake
   of greater emphasis; as, ``The living, the living, he shall
   praise thee.'' --Is. xxxviii. 19.
