Predesignate

Predesignate \Pre*des"ig*nate\, a. (Logic)
   A term used by Sir William Hamilton to define propositions
   having their quantity indicated by a verbal sign; as, all,
   none, etc.; -- contrasted with preindesignate, defining
   propositions of which the quantity is not so indicated.
