Syngenesis

Syngenesis \Syn*gen"e*sis\, n. [Pref. syn- + genesis.] (Biol.)
   A theory of generation in which each germ is supposed to
   contain the germs of all subsequent generations; -- the
   opposite of {epigenesis}.
